In the event that you register on the Website as an individual or organisation interested in our products or services, we will only send you information related to these products unless you specifically opt in to receiving marketing material through the contact preferences section of your account.

If you consent to receive marketing material using your contact preferences you may change your mind at any time by opting out of the email you received or by contacting our Customer Support team.

You can also amend the contact preferences in your account to stop us from contacting you in connection with the utility management or software products available through the Website for which you register when you set up your account, however if you are still in contract with us we will contact you with important information relating to our service we provide with you.
