I have ASTs that are less than 12 months, can I offer bills inclusive?
Yes, we have 12 months fixed term as well as monthly rolling utility bundles.
My property has a prepayment meter, how will this work with a utility bundle?
We will arrange for this to be changed to a credit meter with our partner supplier SSE and will reimburse top-ups, with proof of receipts, until this exchange happens.
