We have a Trusty Tenant Support Team
Once the onboarding through ubundle’s Bills Inclusive service is complete, we communicate with your tenants directly via our dedicated bills management company: One Utility Bill, rated Excellent on Trustpilot. We don’t need to shout about this too much though – we let the reviews speak for themselves!
Our tenant support team are available six days a week (Monday – Saturday) and, during the busy summer period, are available for extended hours to provide your tenants with any information or support they need regarding their utilities
